Managed Hosting Services:

For our managed hosting plans, we have a strict no-refund policy. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, as these services involve ongoing infrastructure and resource costs.

  • Monthly Plans: Monthly hosting plans can be canceled, but only at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the month.
  • Annual Plans: Annual hosting plans may be canceled, but rather than issuing a refund, we offer the option to adjust the remaining balance toward a different plan. Any discounts or associated costs will be considered during this adjustment. However, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Eligibility:
